Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchasing for any reason. Please don’t unpack the shed or take it off the pallet, you will be able to see the panels on the pallet to check the quality before you commit to your purchase. If you have taken the shed off you can still return the item you will just have to pay the cost of return. You can either send it back yourself or just repack the shed and we can arrange a collection. Please give us a call or send an email if you would like to return your item.

14 days cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order email us at info@signofneon.com and just let us know your order number. We will reimburse you your money through the card you paid within 1 week. If you are returning an item we will release funds once we’ve got the item back, if nothing has been sent yet we will release it promptly.
